Lately I have been hearing a lot of people talking about how they feel discouraged or disappointed about their lives at the moment. Things are not going their way or that break hasn’t come or someone has let them down. I look around and I hear and see people wanting to give up. Now I am an optimist by nature. Giving up is not an option in my book.
Things will never go exactly the way you want them to. If you feel like giving up because things are not going the exact way that you planned, then you will always give up. Make that master plan but always know that you will have to adjust your steps within that plan to reach your target. An airplane is always adjusting its course due to winds and the environment around it, but it makes it to its destination because the pilot is constantly changing its course. Be the pilot of your dreams and rearrange your smaller steps weekly to make your larger dreams come true.
If you have done so much and that one break you need has not come yet, then it means that you need to do more. You may not want to hear that but it is true. Life throws obstacles at us to show us what we are made of. These obstacles will teach us so much if we keep going. You will learn from them. You will do more than you thought you could. You will discover what you are really made of and you will make that break happen. And it will happen right when it is supposed to.
Most people will not come with you. Along the way to accomplishing your dreams you will lose some people along the way. Some will not be willing to move up with you. Some will not believe in your dream and will not take the next steps with you. Some will be afraid of the success that awaits you and will not be willing to see it through with you. You must accept this fact and still move forward. Do not let the fact that losing some of the people that are around you now, stop you from realizing your dreams. Move forward and be grateful for what those people did do for you at the time.
Perseverance is the key to anyone’s success. Never give up and you will eventually live your dreams.
