Cady McClain is a two-time Emmy winning actress, writer, director, and producer. Her short film, "The World of Albert Fuh," won Best Comedy Drama Short at the Ohio Indie Gathering, was awarded an Honorable Mention for “Best Director” by the Los Angeles Film Review, and received an Award of Merit by the Best Shorts Film Festival. It was also screened at the SOHO International Film Fest, and the LA Indie Film Fest. Her short film, “Flip Fantasia,” enjoyed acceptance into the Macon Film Festival and gained a remarkable FB cult following of over 80K. This year with her new production company, Devil in the Machine, she is solo shooting a documentary on female directors and founding an African-American short film festival. Her memoir about growing up in show business, “Murdering My Youth,” brought her recognition from Entertainment Tonight and TV Guide, and 111 positive reviews on Amazon.
