Lindsey founded Connect Film Festival in Melbourne Australia, and like her it is now based in Los Angeles. She is a NIDA-trained actor and has been a photographer for over a decade, specializing in headshots and editorial. Connect is a film festival & creative hive to connect filmmakers for creative alliances and new work. Screening locations include LA, Melbourne, Austin and Boston. Connect was honored with a Top 100 Best Reviewed festival ranking out of over 4,600 festivals in 2016, 2017 and 2018 by Film Freeway. Lindsey is committed to internationalism and comedy- American, she has lived more than 10 years of her life overseas, primarily Australia and Japan. She’s a recovering academic with a Masters in IR with a focus on genocide studies and conflict resolution.
